What wavelengths do your devices use?

Our devices use 630nm and 660nm red light for skin and surface treatment, and 850nm near-infrared for deeper tissue and muscle recovery. Custom wavelength combinations are available for OEM/ODM projects.

Are the devices safe to use?

Yes. Our devices use medical-grade LEDs with stable irradiance, automatic timers, and overheating protection. They comply with CE, FCC and RoHS requirements.

How long is each session?

Typical sessions are 10–20 minutes per area, 3–5 times per week. Our devices feature automatic timers for safe, consistent use.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For standard products we offer flexible, low MOQs so you can test the market first. OEM/ODM MOQs are discussed per project based on your volumes.

How do you ship and what are the lead times?

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight or sea freight. Production lead time is typically 15–30 days; samples ship within 7–15 days.

Do you support custom packaging and branding?

Absolutely. We offer custom logo printing, retail packaging, user manuals and accessories as part of our OEM service.

Yes — we support CE, FCC, RoHS, PSE and other compliance documentation depending on your target market.

Can you develop a completely new product for us?
